A gang of teenage girls, some as young as 14, have been terrorising a suburban British high street , leaving locals in fear. The girls have reportedly been intimidating shopkeepers, vandalising windows and even starting fires on Shirley High Street near Southampton. ‌

Their antisocial antics have been captured on CCTV , with one clip showing a girl taunting a shopkeeper: "The police are never going to help you. You can film me all you want." ‌
