PM-Kisan 21st Instalment: The 21st instalment of the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-KISAN) scheme has been released today, September 26, by Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan via video conferencing.

The instalment has been prioritised for farmers in Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, and Uttarakhand, who were recently affected by severe floods and landslides. Officials including state Agriculture Ministers, MPs, MLAs, and representatives of farmer groups from the three states also joined the virtual event.

The release comes at a crucial time, following widespread crop losses in the region that have caused significant hardship for farming families. More than Rs 540 crore has been directly transferred to the bank accounts of over 27 lakh farmers, including around 2.7 lakh wome
