Shares of Defence PSU, BEML Ltd., plunged over by 3.35% despite the company having announced the signing of the Tripartite Agreement.

The company mentioned in an exchange filing that BEML Limited has entered into a Tripartite Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on 26th September 2025 at Pune along with Bharat Forge Limited and Data Patterns (India) Limited to jointly support the Advanced Medium Combat Aircraft (AMCA) program and to participate in the Expression of Interest (EoI) floated by the Aeronautical Development Agency (ADA).

The stock has been in sluggish mode for five trading sessions and fell by -3.78% and is still continued to be expected to be in the downfall zone amid stock volatility.
