BENGALURU: Two boys, aged 8 and 9, are in serious condition after coming in contact with a high-tension wire while flying a kite on the terrace of their house in Saraipalya’s Saw Mill Road on Tuesday evening.

Both boys suffered severe burn injuries on their faces, chest, stomach and legs. They are currently receiving treatment at Victoria Hospital’s burns unit, where one of the boys has shown improvement in health while the other remains to be in serious condition.
