CHIKKODI: Five people were injured, two of them seriously, after a car ploughed into a group of devotees who were walking to Pandharpur in Maharashtra, near Harogeri Cross in Raibagh taluk on Friday.

All the five injred have been admitted to a private hospital in Harogeri. A group of seven people from Hidkal village had set out on a pilgrimage to Pandharpur when the accident occurred.
