LOGAN, Utah – Utah State men’s basketball will unofficially open its 2025-26 campaign with an exhibition contest against Seattle, with all proceeds from the game going directly into the team’s recruitment and retention fund to benefit internal name, image and likeness (NIL).

“This game is about more than basketball, it’s about investing in the future of our program,” said Utah State head coach Jerrod Calhoun. “All proceeds from this game will go directly into our recruitment and retention fund, which allows us to recruit and retain the type of student-athletes who make Utah State special. For fans who are not in a position to make a large donation, this is a simple way to show their support and make a real impact.”
