The Philadelphia 76ers are continuing to make sure everything is in order when training camp begins on Saturday. The Sixers are in the process of making sure they are set to go for when the season gets underway, and in order to do that, they will need to take care of their roster and coaching staff business.

The Sixers will reportedly promote Delaware Blue Coats coach Mike Longabardi to an assistant position with the team. Longabardi has been head coach of the Blue Coats for the previous two seasons after spending time as an assistant coach around the NBA. He won championships as an assistant with the Boston Celtics and the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Longabardi was impactful for undrafted players such as Ricky Council IV and Terquavion Smith as well as Justin Edwards in recent seasons. His c
