SWANTON, Ohio — Law enforcement agencies are still searching for a man wanted on felony parole warrants after he fled from a traffic stop and ran into a wooded area near Delta on Thursday evening.

According to the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office and the Village of Delta Police Department, officers attempted to stop a vehicle connected to an active warrant just before 5 p.m. on Sept. 25. The vehicle was flagged by the Flock Camera system near Airport Highway and State Route 64.

A Delta police officer located the vehicle at U.S. 20A and County Road 5-2, but the driver refused to stop, leading officers on a pursuit. During the incident, officers were able to apprehend a passenger, who was arrested for obstructing official business.
