The Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC) on Friday announced the final results of the Odisha Civil Services Examination-2023. A total of 398 candidates, including 144 women, have been recommended for appointment to various posts and services under the Odisha Civil Services (Group A & B).

The results are based on the Main (Written) Examination held between April 19 and May 15, 2025, followed by the Personality Test conducted from September 6 to September 18, 2025.

Priyanshu Pal has emerged as the topper, claiming the first position with outstanding performance. Close behind, Ananya Mishra secured second rank, showcasing remarkable excellence.
