Longmont Public Safety officers made an arrest for an assault at 8:48 p.m. on Thursday in the 1200 block of Alpine Street.

Police also executed two warrant arrests, took three reports of hit-and-run crashes and made an arrest for driving under the influence on Thursday.

On Wednesday, made a shoplifting arrest on Ken Pratt Boulevard.

Among Thursday’s other calls:

• At 12:44 p.m., police executed a warrant arrest in the 1900 block of Ken Pratt Boulevard.

• At 1:14 a.m., police made an arrest for a DUI in the area of East Ken Pratt Boulevard and Harvest Moon Drive.

• At 4:04 p.m., police offered general assistance with a hit-and-run crash in the area of Ken Pratt Boulevard and East Third Avenue.

• At 7:20 p.m., police took a report of a hit-and-run crash in the area of Ninth Avenue and
