BEMIDJI — Beltrami Electric Cooperative will host its annual electric vehicle car show from 4 to 6 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 2, at Beltrami Electric, 4111 Technology Drive NW.

The event coincides with National Drive Electric Month, which runs Sept. 12–Oct. 12. This nationwide celebration raises awareness of the many benefits of all-electric and plug-in hybrid cars, trucks, motorcycles and more, a release said.

At the event, attendees can hear about today’s charging technologies and explore the world of EVs, meet EV owners and check out electric cars, trucks, a Zamboni, a Bobcat all-electric compact track loader, outdoor power tools and e-bikes.

Ride and test drive opportunities include the Ford F-150 Lightning, Chevy Silverado, Polaris Ranger Kinetic and Tesla Model 3.
