An Indian professional with over a decade of work experience in the United States has shared his frustration over failing to secure a job in India, despite multiple attempts.

The man, who plans to relocate to Bengaluru next month, detailed his ordeal in a Reddit post titled “Unable to land jobs after 11 years of work experience in the US.”

“What am I doing wrong? I have a Naukri.com profile, I’m reaching out directly to people on LinkedIn, applying to jobs on career websites, and even getting referrals. But nothing is working out for me,” he wrote on the r/returnToIndia subreddit.

The user said he had worked in consulting and finance firms in the US and was seeking similar opportunities in India, but his efforts so far had led nowhere.
