“Opposition clicks photos, Centre ignores Punjab”, CM Mann takes aim at BJP, Congress

Chandigarh, September 26, 2025: Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann launched a sharp attack on both the Opposition and the Central Government during the Assembly session, addressing multiple issues ranging from flood management to foreign policy failures.

Mann criticized the Opposition for merely visiting flood-affected areas to click photos, saying, “All the real work was done by our ministers and MLAs. We bear the entire expense for flood relief; we do not mock anyone’s suffering.”

He added that even during his own illness, some opposition leaders indulged in political theatrics instead of focusing on relief efforts.
