YouTube durability tester JerryRigEverything has put the regular iPhone 17 through his usual torture test to see how tough Apple’s latest phone really is. We’ve already seen him try to bend the iPhone Air, which was a test that shocked and surprised him.

On the front, Apple’s new Ceramic Shield 2 glass once again held up well, showing only smudges at Mohs hardness level six and seven, with no visible scratches. Jerry called it “something really special,” adding that while glass will still break on impact, scratch resistance has noticeably improved.
