The humanitarian crisis in Gaza is one of the most pressing moral and political challenges of our time. According to the United Nations, more than 2.1 million people, nearly the entire population, are facing severe food insecurity with famine formally declared in the Gaza Governorate. Hospitals lack electricity, children are dying from dehydration and preventable diseases and more than 64,000 Palestinians have been killed and over 160,000 injured since the escalation began in October 2023.
