A lawsuit filed this week by former UNC provost Chris Clemens paints a sketch of possible shady business behind the scenes. According to Clemens, the university’s board of trustees may have broken North Carolina’s Open Meetings Law when wheeling and dealing with Belichick’s contract and conference realignment talks, in private.
