YOUNGSTOWN After 50 years, the iconic Ohio One building in downtown Youngstown is under new ownership.
A ribbon cutting ceremony was held to Friday afternoon to mark the occasion and the passing of the torch from the Mills family to a group of five investors, known as Ohio One Group LLC.
The group said 75% of the space is currently occupied and they hope to bring in more tenants.
"The whole ownership group believe in downtown Youngstown," Ohio One Group LLC investor Eric Holm said. "We want to see the vibrancy of the city to grow and grow and this building itself is a gem in the city."
The Ohio One Building was built in 1930 and still contains marble and vintage woodwork.
