ATLANTA — A man was found guilty in the deadly shooting of an 8-year-old girl that happened in 2020.

The trial started on Wednesday, Sept. 17, and lasted for nearly two weeks.

Julian Conley was accused of firing the shot that killed Secoriea Turner the night of July 4, 2020. The state argued that surveillance footage shows Conley pulling the trigger. However, the defense stated that no witness has definitively identified Conley in the video.
