Jennifer Lawrence is voicing her support for Palestine.

The 35-year-old Oscar winner recently made comments calling what is happening in Gaza “no less than a genocide” while attending the San Sebastian Film Festival on Friday (September 26) to promote her upcoming film Die My Love .

She was asked about Palestine several times during the event, with Variety reporting that some of the moderators on-hand tried to “stop the questions.” But Jennifer went ahead with her response anyway toward the end of the panel.

“I’m terrified and it’s mortifying. What’s happening is no less than a genocide and it’s unacceptable. I’m terrified for my children, for all of our children,” she said.
