DECATUR COUNTY, Ga. (WCTV) - Decatur County Schools has a new head coach for the Bainbridge High School football team.

The Bainbridge High School said in a statement Saturday that they are letting go of Coach Jay Walls, and Coach Mike Harville will step in as acting head coach.

They thanked Walls for his leadership and “hard work and effort as head coach of Bainbridge High School Football.”

The school said, “Effective immediately, Coach Mike Harville will serve as Acting Head Coach for the remainder of the 2025 football season.”
