Trailing 1-0, Glen Rock fired in two second-half goals to come out on top in a 2-1 win over Northern Highlands in Glen Rock.

Armin Saffarian, with an assist by Joseph Andicoechea, put Northern Highlands up 1-0 in the first half.

But, Glen Rock came roaring back out the break as Jacob Grinberg and Gavin Quigley both scored to give Glen Rock the 2-1 victory.

Owen Main and Brayden Scott provided the assists on Glen Rock’s goals.

In the win, Glen Rock goalie Charlie Garrett logged seven saves.

Glen Rock (7-2) travels to Emerson Boro 4:15 p.m. Sept. 29. Northern Highlands (5-4) travels to Hackensack 7 p.m. Sept. 30.
