Josh Briggs vs. Je’Von Evans took place at the WWE No Mercy Premium Live Event from the FTL War Memorial in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

After a strong start by Briggs, Evans made a comeback until Briggs cut him off with elbows in the corner. Briggs beat him down for a few minutes until Evans caught him with a german suplex. Evans with a superkick then a clothesline and headline. Evans hit a frog splash for a near fall. Briggs with several shots then a clubbing shot to the back of the head for 2. Briggs got another near fall with a knee strike to the face. Evans avoided a move from Briggs off the top rope and hit a big boot only for Briggs to counter the cutter with a chokeslam for 2. Evans went for a dive, but Briggs caught him and tossed him into the apron. Briggs with a clothesline for 2.
