The Kids Cancer Care Foundation of Alberta celebrated the completion of its $9-million expansion and accessibility project construction and fundraising campaign at Camp Kindle on Saturday, with a celebration to unveil the new installations available to families and children impacted by cancer.
Fundraising for the expansion started in June 2024, with demolition and construction in July. The camp itself is a one-hour drive northwest from Calgary, or 10 minutes west from Water Valley.
