Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta inaugurated an automated multi-level parking facility at the M Block in Greater Kailash 1, announcing that around 100 similar facilities will be set up across the Capital to provide a permanent solution to the city’s parking troubles.

The facility, constructed by the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) at a cost of Rs 63.74 crore, can accommodate 399 vehicles.

Addressing the issue of parking, Gupta said, “Parking is a major concern in Delhi. It causes traffic jams and road chaos, and often leads to disputes among people. Our government is making every effort to resolve the city’s parking problem.
