Almost nothing has gone right for the Americans through the first two rounds of the 2025 Ryder Cup.

Let’s just say it’s been such a disappointment that even the MCs’ efforts to fire up the crowd before round two on Saturday were an utter failure. If only the fans at the Bethpage Black Course knew that the failed chants were merely a sign of what was to transpire on the greens.

Before round two of the Ryder Cup commenced on Saturday morning, the MCs tried to fire up the pro-American crowd by starting up “Scottie Scheffler” chants to Queen’s hit song, “We Will Rock You.” Let’s just say it was a bigger flop than the final season of “Happy Days.”

It was so cringeworthy that fans started booing the MCs, which we assume wasn’t part of their plans:
