Rosemary Oglesby-Henry, a Cincinnati nonprofit founder and Republican congressional candidate, was arrested Sunday on a charge of aggravated menacing after allegedly pointing a gun at a man in a Westwood home, though no firearm was found at the scene.

Oglesby-Henry, who founded the nonprofit Rosemary's Babies to support teen mothers, was arraigned in court where prosecutors revealed few details about the alleged crime.
