DETROIT — The Detroit Lions beat the Cleveland Browns on Sunday to improve to 3-1 on the season, but the victory came at a cost.

Cornerbacks D.J. Reed and Terrion Arnold exited early from the contest, with Reed picking up a hamstring injury in the fourth quarter and Arnold sustaining an injured shoulder with 4:41 remaining in the third quarter. Reed, who was carted off the field, was not spotted in the post-game locker room. Arnold was present, wearing a sling.
