QUILCENE — A man who was in a single-car rollover collision last week has died.
Curtis Denney, 43, of Port Angeles was traveling westbound on state Highway 104 at the intersection with U.S. Highway 101 north of Quilcene on about 6:42 a.m. Wednesday when his 1995 Ford Ranger pickup left the roadway to the left and rolled, the State Patrol said. The vehicle came to rest in the westbound ditch, the agency added.
Denney died following the collision, the State Patrol said on Sunday.
It was not known whether or not he was wearing a seat belt or if drugs or alcohol were involved, the State Patrol said.
The cause is pending an investigation, the agency reported.
The pickup was totally destroyed and towed from the scene, the State Patrol said.
