Shortly after the Cleveland Browns fell to 1-3 on the season via a 34-10 loss at the Detroit Lions on Sunday, Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski indicated that 40-year-old Joe Flacco would remain the club's starting quarterback over rookie and third-round draft pick Dillon Gabriel.
