LUTSEN, Minn.– Lutsen mountains is open year-round with different seasons bringing in different opportunities.

But while the leaves are turning it’s the biggest turn out the resort has all year.

“Last year, on our busiest day, we had a record day. We had 4,600 people here. We have a lot of people that come up from the cities. We’ll have a decent amount come from Fargo, some from Wisconsin. And people are just always astonished by just how much forest we have here,” said Zak Trimble, Director of Guest Operations at Lutsen Mountains.
