CENTER POINT, Ala. ( WBRC ) - Investigators are looking for answers into a shooting Sunday night that left a 16-year-old and another person injured.

According to officials, deputies were dispatched to the 500 block of 16th Terrace NW in Center Point just before 10:30 p.m.

When they arrived, they discovered the 16-year-old boy and a 24-year-old man shot.

Center Point Fire and Rescue took both victims to UAB Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Officials say there have been no arrests in the shooting. Anyone with any information is asked to contact the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office at 205-325-1450 or Crime Stoppers at 205-254-7777 .
