WILMINGTON, Del. (WPVI) -- Two families are now without a place to live after a rowhome fire Monday morning in Wilmington.

The Action Cam was on the scene as crews worked to put out hot spots here on the 1900 block of Lakeview Road just after 9 a.m.

A photo from the Wilmington Fire Department shows the intensity of the flames when crews first arrived on scene.

All residents were able to make it out without being hurt and the fire was placed under control in 40 minutes.

Two units were damaged in the fire that appeared to start in the garage.
