Jammu, Sept 29: Reaffirming the administration’s focus on inclusive and sustainable urban development, Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Monday laid the foundation stone for 60 major projects worth ₹699.79 crore under the AMRUT 2.0 initiative during the ‘SewaParv’ celebrations organised by the Housing & Urban Development Department in Jammu.
In his address, the Lieutenant Governor praised the department and the Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC) for driving growth with improved civic infrastructure and services. He described Jammu’s development trajectory as a “bold roadmap for future cities.”
