CLEVELAND — Cleveland City Councilman Michael Polensek, who oversees the safety committee, says he's deeply troubled by yet another shooting in the Flats .
"Totally outrageous, unacceptable … I have never seen the number of guns that I'm seeing now on our streets," Polensek told 3News Monday. "I don't know what else I can say. I'm very frustrated about this."
According to the Cleveland Division of Police, an argument between 21-year-old Zai Vyon Frederick Ocie Jackson and a 24-year-old escalated to gunfire early Sunday morning. Jackson died at the scene, and the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner's office says his body was found outside Punch Bowl Social.
The 24-year-old, who was also hit by a bullet, was arrested and is currently in custody while getting treatment at an area hospital
