Philadelphia man charged after investigators find child abuse materials and disturbing 170-page manual

Harrisburg, PA – A Philadelphia man is facing a series of felony charges after investigators with the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office said they found child sexual abuse materials and a lengthy guide on exploiting children during a raid at his home.

Attorney General Dave Sunday announced Monday that 31-year-old Abdiel Mendoza was arrested following a proactive investigation by the Child Predator Section. Agents tracked the online sharing of lewd material to Mendoza and served a search warrant last week at his Griscom Street residence.
