MT. STERLING, Ky. (WKYT) - A woman in Montgomery County is sounding the horn after an unpleasant car-buying experience.
She says her daughter is making payments on a vehicle that doesn’t run.
Emily Allen bought a 2012 Chevy Sonic for her daughter Bryleigh in January of this year.
It was to help the teen get to and from work.
“I really wanted like a smaller car because I get a lot of anxiety when I was driving her vehicle,” said Bryleigh. “I won’t even drive our truck that we have because like, it’s less control than it is in a smaller vehicle, so I like that part about it.”
The purchase came from a buy here, pay here in Mt. Sterling called Kentucky Car Exchange.
She says it was love at first test drive.
