Notable 49ers additions

Signed wide receiver Demarcus Robinson to a two-year deal on March 13. The former Rams receiver made his San Francisco debut in Week 4 after serving a three-game suspension to start the season, finishing with one catch for 20 yards while playing 38.1% of the team's offensive snaps.
