BUFFALO, N.Y. — Peter Gerace was back in court on Monday where the Pharaoh's Gentlemen's Club owner stands charged with five other men of being part of a conspiracy to silence a witness against Gerace before his trial last year where he was convicted on drug and sex trafficking charges.

With so many different defendants facing a variety of charges and varying degrees of culpability there are a myriad of motions that Federal Judge Elizabeth Woolford will have to weigh.

Gerace was among four of the six defendants appearing in court Friday after he was transported from the Cattaraugus County jail where he's currently being held.

Prosecutors allege that the defendants are tied in one fashion or another to the death of among the defendants is the death of Crystal Quinn.
