BEAUFORT COUNTY, S.C. (WSAV) — Police responded to a shooting near Little Caesars on Robert Smalls Parkway in Beaufort, officials confirmed Monday night.

There is no threat to the public, but police will remain in the area to investigate, a Beaufort Police Department (BPD) notification said.

In a photo sent to WSAV, police, fire and emergency medical services (EMS) can be seen in front of the Little Caesars.
