Williamstown, N.Y. — Oswego County deputies are asking the public for help finding a missing 39-year-old man.

The man, Zebulon McCullagh, was last seen at about 12:30 p.m. Sunday in Williamstown, according to Lt. Andrew Bucher, a spokesperson for the Oswego County Sheriff’s Office. He is believed to have left his residence on foot between 12:30 and 4:30 p.m. Sunday.
