PROVIDENCE – The Employees’ Retirement System of Rhode Island was awarded a Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting by the Government Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada, R.I. Treasurer James A. Diossa announced Sept. 26.
