BJP veteran Vijay Kumar Malhotra passed away at his residence in New Delhi on Tuesday morning, Delhi BJP said in a statement.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi expressed grief on X over the demise of Vijay Kumar Malhotra, describing him as an outstanding leader with a deep understanding of people’s concerns.
