A Leeds man claims a life-changing experience on holiday has given him his life back after 'curing' his depression .

John Blenkinsopp suffered many years of depression and anxiety which affected his sleep. After taking part in many medical studies, John was beginning to think nothing would help him until he went on a winter holiday to Florida earlier this year.
