The Fresno Council of Governments (FresnoCOG) Policy Board tabled a contract with an attorney to implement Measure C, Fresno County’s half-cent transportation tax that is currently undergoing a renewal effort.

However, the attorney in question will potentially represent the county in court in defense of a complaint filed by former Measure C Steering Committee member Brooke Ashjian.
