Albert Michael “Mike” Perring, a beloved brother, friend, and dedicated community member, passed away peacefully on September 27, 2025, at the age of 81. Born on March 3, 1944, in Wheeling, West Virginia, Mike left an indelible mark on all who were fortunate to know him.

After graduating in 1962 from Wheeling Central Catholic High school, Mike continued his education with a Bachelor Degree from The Ohio State University and a Master Degree from West Virginia University. He also faithfully served his country in the US Navy Reserves.

Mike had a very meaningful and successful career as an insurance agent with McNeil, Perring & Kulak before continuing his work with City Wide, where he built lasting relationships and earned the respect of his colleagues and clients alike. His professional lif
