MURRAY – A Murray man faces a drug charge after police say he was found passed out in his vehicle after allegedly driving under the influence.

According to the Murray Police Department, officers responded around 1:39 p.m. Sunday to a call of a person passed out in their vehicle. Upon arrival, officers were able to wake the operator of the vehicle, and through investigation, they learned that he had allegedly been operating the vehicle under the influence of controlled substances. Officers also located methamphetamine in the driver’s possession.

As a result, Aaron Hayman, 33, of Murray, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of controlled substances in the first degree and trafficking in controlled substances (methamphetamine). He was lodged in the Ca
