New Delhi: The sacred time of Navratri is the most auspicious occasion to experience the devotion and power of Goddess Durga. This festival is considered incomplete without Kanya Pujan. On Ashtami and Navami, Goddess Durga is believed to visit every home in the form of young girls. The true essence of Kanya Pujan is to see the divine form of the Goddess in little girls, to respect them, and to feel the grace of the Mother in their smiles.
