Several world leaders Tuesday welcomed US President Donald Trump’s plan to end the Gaza conflict, facilitate the release of hostages, and provide urgent humanitarian assistance for the people of Gaza.
The remarks came after Trump formally announced his 20-point peace plan to end the Israel-Hamas war in Gaza during a meeting with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu at the White House Monday (Washington time).
Welcoming the new US initiative, British Prime Minister Keir Starmer said, “We call on all sides to come together and to work with the US Administration to finalise this agreement and bring it into reality.
