Death in Paradise has announced the comeback of Detective Jack Mooney, portrayed by Ardal O'Hanlon, in the programme's Australian spin-off, Return to Paradise.

The BBC has unveiled initial images from the eagerly awaited second series of Return to Paradise.

Set to air on BBC iPlayer and BBC One, the series continues to follow Detective Sergeant Mackenzie Clarke (Anna Samson) as she remains stuck in her hometown of Dolphin Cove, solving more baffling cases, whilst dealing with the revelation that her former fiancé, Glenn (Tai Hara), still harbours feelings for her.
