Kochi: Archbishop Mar Thomas Tharayil, Chairman of the Syro-Malabar Church Central Commission, Convener of the Public Affairs Commission, and Member of the Education Commission, has strongly criticized State Education Minister V. Sivankutty’s recent remarks on teacher appointments in aided schools under Christian managements.
